Save the Bees, Save the Planet
Our lives are intimately linked to bees, without them our world would be a harder place to live in, that's if we could survive at all.
I'm so excited to reveal these two new bee art paintings representing the link our planets health has to bees.
The tea bag painted planet and foil jar top suns and moons represent parachutes. But the strings attaching them to the bumble and honey bees can work both ways - bees are our saviours, and we are also theirs.
Without them our food supplies will be threatened, and without all of us standing up for bees and saying NO to bee killing pesticides and the destruction of wild habitats, bees will die out - and so will the diversity of our beautiful blue planet, maybe taking us with it.
We are in this together, both dependent on each other, but humans are the ones who have to act now to make a difference.

Journaling to relieve stress
Keeping a daily journal has also been found to relieve stress. Spend half an hour a day with your journal, write, sketch, add pictures, whatever you like to do on whatever subjects you enjoy and want to record.
Looking back on them over the years will bring back memories and will reveal patterns that could help with your personal growth.
